Please review our policies before booking.

  • Cat Lounge Sessions & Private Sessions

    • Cancellations are only refundable if requested 24 hours in advance of your booking time.

    • PLEASE NOTE that if you book a session that is less than 24 hours from the time of payment, you will not be able to cancel with a refund.

    Special Events (Meowga, Sound Bath, ect):

    • Cancellations are only refundable if requested at least 48 hours in advance of your booking time.

    • PLEASE NOTE that if you book a session that is less than 48 hours from the time of payment, you will not be able to cancel with a refund.

    After these periods, you are allowed to reschedule.

    You can cancel from the link in your booking confirmation email if it is within these windows. If you are having trouble cancelling, please contact us:

  • Cat Lounge Sessions:

    • Rescheduling is allowed up to 2 hours before your original booking. After this time, you will need to pay in full for the time you wish to reschedule to.

    • PLEASE NOTE if you book a session that is less than 2 hours from the time of payment, you will not be able to reschedule without payment.

    Private Sessions & Special Events (Meowga, Sound Bath, ect):

    • Rescheduling is allowed up to 24 hours before your original booking. After this window, you will need to pay in full for the time you wish to reschedule to.

    • PLEASE NOTE if you book a session that is less than 24 hours from the time of payment, you will not be able to reschedule without payment.

  • Our cat lounge has a strict age restriction of 6 years and up.

    The Friday, Saturday, & Sunday 6pm & 7pm sessions are Adult Only: 18 years and up.

    Meowga, Purrlates, and Sound Bath have an age restriction of 13 years and up.

    Children who do not meet the age requirements are not permitted in the lounge but are welcome to stay in the cafe with an adult and watch the cats through the windows.

    If you book for a child younger than 6, you will be denied entry without a refund.

Reservations begin at the precise time you chose when booking. If you are late, the session will still end at it’s scheduled time. Refunds and rescheduling without additional payment are not permitted if you arrive late without proper notice.

Please arrive 10-15 minutes before your scheduled time to find parking, check in, and order drinks & snacks before the start of your session.
